What
is female ejaculation?
Good question. There is debate about this among qualified sexologists
with Ph.D.s and years of experience in the direct study of human sexuality,
so there is no single truly qualified answer. For the purposes of
this web site, however, I'm defining female ejaculation as the expulsion
of fluids from the vulva, originating through the paraurethral ducts,
urethra, and/or the vagina, preceded by pleasurable sexual tension
and followed or accompanied by pleasurable sexual release. In other
words, female orgasm accompanied by ejaculation.

Is
this a real orgasm? I've heard doctors says it's not a real orgasm
if it isn't the result of direct clitoral stimulation.
Why restrict yourself solely to the clitoris when you've got an entire
pussy to experience? Of course, if you don't want to play with the
rest of your genitals, there's no reason why you should have to, but
there is something terribly wrong if a doctor can convince you you're
not coming when you are. You know when you're coming! You know when
you feel good! The doctor doesn't tell you when you're getting off,
you tell the doctor when you're getting off.

What's in that fluid? Isn't
it just urine?
Again, there is debate about what it is, but sexologists agree that
it is not urine. I can tell you this: it doesn't smell like urine
and it doesn't look like urine. When I have been taking vitamins which
colored my urine, they did not color the ejaculate. Furthermore, no
matter how much fluid I expel during ejaculation, I can always urinate
afterward. However, scientists have found that the fluid often contains
traces of urea, just as male ejaculate does, because it comes through
the urethra. I do recommend replenishing your bodily fluids by drinking
lots of water before and after ejaculation--just as if you were working
out and sweating.

Does the fluid provide vaginal
lubrication?
This fluid is not the same slippery stuff that usually lubricates
a woman's vagina. In fact, if you are following ejaculation with intercourse,
you should use an additional lubricant (I like Wet Platinum). The
ejaculate has a more watery consistency than the usual vaginal lubrication,
and if you've ever had sex in a swimming pool you know that water
lacks the gel-like consistency you need for comfortable intercourse.
TOP
Can this fluid transmit germs
or viruses?
This fluid is a bodily fluid, and the same kind of care should be
taken with it as with any other. If you are not sharing other bodily
fluids with your sexual partner, don't share this one, either. Use
gloves and condoms as you normally would.

Why is it that some women
ejaculate and some don't?
Some women don't want to, and therefore shouldn't be expected to.
I believe that if a woman wants to ejaculate and doesn't, it's because
she hasn't learned to.
TOP
What makes you so sure that
anyone can do it?
Simply because everyone I've met who has wanted to do it and has experimented
with these techniques has been able to do it. That is anecdotal rather
than scientific evidence, so you have to decide if that's good enough
for you. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I'm not a
scientist, I'm a hedonist!
TOP
If you're just a hedonist,
why should I listen to you?
You don't have to, silly!
TOP
Have you ever met anyone
who didn't respond to these techniques?
I have encountered people who didn't want to squirt because they thought
it was too messy, or they didn't like the sensations which precede
it, just as I've met people who can't come without anal stimulation
and people who consider anal stimulation absolutely repugnant. Obviously,
if you hate the way G-spot stimulation feels, it won't make you come.
And if your partner is inflicting performance anxiety on you, or ignoring
your clitoris, you're GOING to hate G-spot stimulation.
TOP
Which is better--clitoral
or G-spot orgasms?
Sometimes both occur at the same time; I always combine clitoral stimulation
with G-spot stimulation. If I had to choose between the two, I would
definitely choose clitoral. But you see, I don't have to choose--and
neither do you.

Do you think there are any
advantages to women from learning to squirt, or do you think it's
just a way to reassure men who want to see evidence of a woman's orgasm?
Actually, I do think there are positive effects from learning to ejaculate,
but you have to keep in mind that this is merely my opinion: I think
that ejaculating frequently increases the strength of a woman's vaginal
muscles and enables her to reach orgasm more easily. I also believe
that the flushing action of ejaculation decreases the likelihood of
urinary tract infections for those women who are prone to them. Again,
these opinions are based on my experiences and reports from women
I know who ejaculate, and I am not claiming that they have a scientific
basis--yet.

So how can I or my girlfriend
learn to squirt?
If you want to learn to squirt by yourself, I provide information
on how to achieve ejaculation via masturbation. If your girlfriend wants to experiment with
ejaculation with your assistance, I provide information on how to
learn to squirt via stimulation with a partner.
